Users must authenticate via Twitch, YouTube, or Discord. Account holders must meet the minimum age requirements of their chosen platform and maintain the security of their credentials. Any unauthorized account activity must be reported to us immediately.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded custom sounds. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Inactive Subscriptions

When your subscription becomes inactive (canceled or expired), your custom sounds and packs become read-only. You cannot create, edit, delete, or reorganize sounds or packs until you resubscribe. Your data is preserved and will become fully accessible again upon reactivation. Custom sounds are not playable by viewers while your subscription is inactive.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. We use a one-time payment model (not managed recurring subscriptions). When you purchase a subscription:

Auto-Renewal

Auto-renewal is enabled by default when you subscribe. When auto-renewal is enabled:

Important: To disable auto-renewal, you must have a stored payment method. The toggle is unavailable if you don't have payment information on file.

Subscription Changes

You can cancel your subscription or disable auto-renewal at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Failed Payments

If auto-renewal fails, we will attempt to contact you via email. If payment cannot be processed within 7 days, your subscription will expire and auto-renewal will be disabled.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with or without notice.

All service content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design) are the property of SoundBooth Bot and are protected under Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our prior written consent.

When referring to our service, please use proper branding: "SoundBooth Bot" with uppercase "S" and "B", with "Bot" as a separate word.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, SoundBooth Bot excludes all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Consumer Guarantees: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, warranty, term, condition, or remedy implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoundBooth Bot, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or internet disruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on our website and update the revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
